Styles broken on most pages after update
Hello,
We upgraded to the latest version of Betheme (Your version 28.1.11)
It appears that a large amount of our site is broken, only seems to be applicable to styles. We have confirmed:
- Server status - Everything correct
- Tools - Generate Local CSS has no affect
Our website is https://wild-eye.com - There is no CSS errors or something indicating a broken stylesheet. You will notice that on most pages there are style issues, and the footer is broken (backgrounds missing etc)
Please can you assist or let us know what you need for us?

Hi,
Can you please attach screenshots showing what is wrong?
I do not know how your website is supposed to look, and it will help me to know where I should look exactly.
Best regards
Hi Phil,
Thank you for your reply, it's a little difficult to reply with how it's supposed to look but I'll attempt to help. I'm attaching the footer as an example, the footer seems to have a number of core changes / styles that have been removed. As example the footer had a dark grey colour, logo was smaller (and not the dark version) and just about all styles have been removed, it's almost like any override styles are likely gone.
This is apparent on most pages, https://wild-eye.com/the-team/ for example you will see all team members but 1 has a round border, the names and titles was different styles.
At best guess, it's as if either a) there was a global stylesheet with custom changes that is missing (but not 404 for stylesheets are located in Console) or it was overwritten with a default style. This started this week after the Betheme upgrade. Unfortunately it was not immediately noticed likely due to caching, but this is the best we have as I cannot show how the site is supposed to look.
The same applies to the header:
* https://wild-eye.com/the-team/ - This seems to still retain the correct header (if you're seeing a dark version)
* https://wild-eye.com/enkishui-mara-camp/?asd=1000 - this one has the header completely broken
Let me know what we can provide (perhaps admin login details) if you can see if you can spot anything or some debug log
Hi Phil,
Some update, it seems to affect "current version" of all of the pages and templates. If we edit say the header, footer or page, and we go in history and set it to 1 revision back, the styles come back. The issue is that we would need to make changes to all pages / templates manually.
Can we share administrative access with you to have a look, you will then get a better idea what is happening, along with how the page should look vs how it's displaying. Best guess the current "global" styles are corrupt or something, but really have no clue.
Thank you for the clarification.
Please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, and we will check what might be the reason.

Hi Phil,
I have sent you the admin access, note for sFTP we need your IP address, but you can reply to the mail. I have sent the admin panel access though.
We have manually restored the "top level" pages so that traffic can atleast not see a completely broken site, but most pages / blog posts etc have broken styles, restoring 1 revision back works.
We also have backups of the server, if you need us to manually restore a file then we can also do that.
