Demo content importing frozen with partial media import at 88%

The installation of prebuilt site (Book) is stuck with content download at 88%. We have tried all that we think we could.

I have also sent a message through http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact, with the credentials.

Please help.

    Hi! We tried a clean install, but the same problem persists. I have sent an email/ message through http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contactwith updated credentials. Please help with resolving the situation.. Also, the OUTLET page on your demo site shows the page/ category title. However, with the partial failed import it does not show on our installation. We would want that on category. Thanks.
