Revolution slider works in footer but not top widget - why?

Hello,

I am a BIG BIG fan of BeTheme, and Revolutions slider (awesome) BUT I have nearly thrown my PC out of the window after 9 hours (yes 9 Hours) of searching the internet to find out why.

My revolution slider (new purchase with be theme) will NOT play in the slider location (top) but when -( just to see if it actually works) i move the widget to the footer, THE SLIDER APPEARS???

I have followed the instructions over and over, de activated all my plugins one by one, opened my site up in firefox and explorer (which in itself is a nightmare) only to find out that lots of people have this problem

HOW CAN I RESOLVE IT PLEASE :) :) :)

I am going MAD lol :)
