I did add the popup ID, but why still shows this:

"We cannot find popup with inserted ID" & "Content not found"

Please ensure that you have this field empty:

Only the Popup ID field should be filled.

I received your private message. However, it is incomplete as it does not contain FTP credentials.

Moreover, the WP user you sent access to does not have admin rights, so I could not check anything. Please change this user's privileges.
