How to delete image, and center text and header in offer slider ?

not sure if this can be ever done. But please send us url to site where you have offer slider and we'll see if it is possible to do this. Will be great if you can send us a screenshot with necessary changes so we can be sure what you are trying to do.

Ok. As we see, this can be possible. To do what you need, please use below css:

.offer_thumb_ul li.offer_thumb_li .desc_wrapper .title { padding-right: 0 !important; }
.offer_thumb_ul li.offer_thumb_li .desc_wrapper .desc { padding-right: 150px !important; padding-left: 150px !important; }
