BeBuilder issue when editing Single Product template
Hello Betheme Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue when trying to edit a Single Product template created with BeBuilder.
When I click on Edit for the Single Product template, instead of opening the template editor correctly, BeBuilder loads the shop page and shows the message:
“No products were found matching your selection.”
It looks like BeBuilder is redirecting to a product category or shop query instead of loading the Single Product template editing view.
Although the BeBuilder sidebar with all elements is visible, I am not able to drag or place any elements into the page, so the template cannot be edited at all.
This happens only with the Single Product template. Other templates work as expected.
Could you please help me understand:
- Why this is happening
- If this is a known issue
- And how I can fix it or correctly edit the Single Product template with BeBuilder
