Bebuilder Templates problem

Hi, I have some problem to create new templates on my website. When i trying to create new template, a can not chose the kind of template. When i click on "Add new template" button i have only standard wordpress page. I tried change the theme functions. But there everyhing looks correct.

    When I click on "Add new template" (Step 1) the next step is Wordpress window (Step 2). I don't have window where i can choose the template style (like header, shop archive, single product etc.).

    Please, turn off all of the plugins, refresh your cache, and check if the problem persists.

    Moreover, if you use a child theme, switch to the parent, and recheck it.

    If this will not help please send us the WordPress dashboard and FTP access privately through the contact form, which is on the right side at https://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason.
