How do I remove the space between the main menu and the team photo?

Where can I change the color of the gray button?

    Happy New Year to you, too!

    1) Please go to Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Advanced, and set to hide the top content padding:

    2) Button styles can be adjusted in Betheme -> Theme options -> Global -> Buttons.
