BeTheme: Sidebar Template does not open (endless loading)

Hello BeTheme Support Team,

I would like to report an issue with BeTheme and the BeBuilder templates.

When I try to open the Sidebar Template, it does not load. It keeps loading endlessly and never opens.

What I already tried:

• Tested in another browser
• Cleared cookies and cache
• The problem still persists

No matter what I do, as soon as I attempt to open the Sidebar Template, it only shows the loading state and does not display the template.

Could you please advise how to fix this or what I should check next?
