I can't install any themes

I purchased the Porto theme for WordPress, but I can't install any themes. It's stuck on "deleting database" for over 30 minutes now. I've repeated the process twice and nothing works, it's always at the same point.

    What Porto theme do you refer to?

    In your screenshot, you show a pre-built website installation panel from Betheme, and you are writing on the Betheme support forum.

    Please go to Betheme -> System status, and check if your server meet theme requirements:

    I uninstalled everything, reinstalled WordPress, and tried to install the theme again, but when I enter my license, it still appears as unregistered in the system status, but it shows as registered in Betheme. Which one is correct? See the image.
