Single Page Import Not Working

I am working to develop a new home page concept for one of our sites and would like to use this template as a starting point. However, the one page import is not working for me. When I paste this in and hit import, a cursor shows activity, but nothing ever populates/shows up. Suggestions? Is this template still available to use?
