Can't deregister without deleting theme files

Hello,

The website was redesigned with a new license with BeTheme but the previous IT cannot deregister the website from his own license, because he sees the message that the site still uses betheme and the files need to be deleted.

The website is licensed now under the new and proper license, but he still gets the message that the theme files should be deleted in order to proceed and deregister the website.

How do we do it?
