Cant import my rev sliders

I'm trying to import my rev slider and I keep getting this once I try to import

importing slider settings and data...

It stays on the page and doesnt import the slider

Hi,

turn on WP_DEBUG then and check what error you got. We are pretty sure it's something due to server.

is there any other way to upload the files im new to wordpress so I dont know how debug it thanks

No, there is no other way. This is how Revolution Slider works. You need to check what is wrong first. Probably is time limit for uploading files on FTP but to be sure you must turn on debug. We gave you above solution of how to turn it on.
