Include vertical arrow in RevSlider

I've been seeing several demos like http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/steak/ where in the main slider has been used an arrow that include a hastag to first section of page. I haven't founded the way of include this arrow.

Hi,

please import slider from Be|Steak onto your site because this will be the easiest and fastest way to understand how it was made. For that arrow we used only revolution slider settings.
