Under Construction page not displaying
I have the Under Construction option enabled, however the full site continues to load. You can check here: historicwillishouse.com. I made sure I was logged off, and even tried on other computers I've never edited from, but the Under Construction page still does not load. Oddly enough, it does work properly on my Android phone. Am I missing something?
