Read More Link for Old Posts, Not Working

Hi on my blog page http://realbrowngirls.com/wp-admin/post.php?vc_action=vc_inline&post_id=3395&post_type=page (realbrowngirls.com/theblog) and the "read more" link is not working on old posts (ex: "Say It Three Times"). When clicking on the title it takes you to the blog post; however, clicking on "read more" takes you back to the blog page.
