Hi,

1,3. This color can be changed under Theme options > Colors > Header section.

4. This gap can be changed with below css:

body:not(.template-slider) #Header { min-height: 200px !important; }

is there any way we can edit the sidebar grey back ground and have it align to box width.

To change sidebar background color, please take a look at http://forum.muffingroup.com/betheme/discussion/473/sidebar-background-colour-and-line-removal-widget-after where we explained how to do this. But we do not understand 2nd part of your question. Please send us url to page where you want to do this and also please show us on screenshot, what exactly you want to do.

Thanks When I go to theme options > colors > header sections I can see options to change color but when I change to diff color and click saves and see if that works but that didnt make change.
