jQuery issues when removing global site wide loading of scripts
When I set preferred settings in Revolution Slider > Global Settings:
- Include RevSlider libraries globally: OFF (I don't want these heavy libs loading on every page, especially pages with no revsliders)
- Insert javascript into footer: ON
- Defer javascript loading: ON
I get an error from RevSlider stating there is a conflict. I've tried setting jQuery no conflict mode in the slider template as well.

Revolution Slider Error: You have some jquery.js library include that comes after the revolution files js include. This includes make eliminates the revolution slider libraries, and make it not work.
To fix it you can:
1. In the Slider Settings > Troubleshooting set option: "Put JS Includes To Body" option to true
2. Find the double jquery.js include and remove it.
I tested with disabling all plugins except RS and switched to twentysixteen and the slider works just fine.
