Stop images with links from having hover over

Why does every image with a link have to have the hover over effect with he link icon. Is there a setting or class to turn that off. Some images I have are static and I dont want a hover effect on link.

I found a way around using the WYSIWYG Editor. but this should be an option in the Visual builder.

If if this is possible with WYSIWYG, then you should use "Visual Editor" item which is included into Muffin Builder and is using WYSIWYG editor.
