This is really amazing what we see. First time we notice something like that. Please send us private message with dashboard access and we'll have a look on it.
This is a really awesome theme guys. I just came off a project using Layers and well...we're re-doing it with BeTheme. LOL
Only two glitches I've seen so far:
1. Sidebars aren't being saved when I create them. I posted about this in another comment.
2. When using either muffin or visual builder, all links load in new tabs even when set to target self. In the regular WP editor it's fine, but in the other two, always a new page.
Great work guys!
UPDATE - Temp Glitch: Looks like this was a temp glitch because now, links are working as they should and when I tried to add a new side bar it populated the dark box with the title.
Hi guys, having a glitch with the tabs in muffin builder. About an hour ago (6PM EST) no content loads to any new tabs.
Existing content - anything that was already added and showing live on the site - is fine. And if I make edits to content in those tab boxes the changes appear. However, any new tabs only generate the tab link with no content.
@muffingroup: The issue isn't that the tabs don't work - that's not what I said. The issue is the tabs suddenly stopped rendering content. That's why the last two tabs on this page don't show any content: http://ecbiz185.inmotionhosting.com/~donato6/donato.ca/spa-services/ The tabs Weddings and Massage have text in there in the muffin builder, but it's not showing on the page.
Basically, halfway through the build the tab feature decided to stop working. Anything done to the page above is useless. It just 'broke' after the fifth tab item. The only solution is to re-build because I just did a test page with tabs and the content shows.
Luckily this is a fairly simple page to re-do so it's not death. But imagine someone with a more complicated set up having to re-do everything because of a glitch like this?
@snk2005 But we completely do not understand what happened on your site because we did never met with anything similar. And because we are unable to re-create this issue on our side, we have no idea what may be the reason. If you would send us access to your dashboard privately so we can re-create this issue, we would be able to check where the problem may be.
@muffingroup: No worries! I found the problem. I used extra HTML markup and it seems the muffin builder doesn't like <div> tags. The tab that had the <div> went blank and all the tabs afterwards as well. Once I removed the tags all the content re-appeared.
@designkapital Can you explain how you use it exactly? Would be great if you can send us explanation with dashboard access privately so we can re-create this on our end.
Is there a max length for pages? Because I combined two fairly long pages recently, and it appears I am out of 'sections', as when I add new ones to the page (or new elements) they do not save what gives? Is there a PHP or Wordpress setting I can change? Something to do with header size?
I have installed demo site (NGO) for testing purposes and made some modifications in terms of colors and translations. All worked OK. Then I backed up my modifications and after that, for some reasons, Muffin Builder just vanished. When trying to edit already made page, the system says that there is nothing although you can see the page when accessing it with a browser. After resetting the database and reinstalling demo site all comes back to normal. When restoring theme options from the backup, again Mufiin Builder disappears. Strange!
please be so kind and send us WordPress dashboard access privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact and we will check what might be the reason. Please don’t forget to explain your issue in the messeage very clearly.
Comments
Every time that I use the plugin more than once in the same site, it removes all content in all pages.
Why?
All of these options can be changed in theme options>reasponsive>header,
there are no other options besides customizing the theme.
thanks
