May I know how I can configure this page? It wasn't included as part of the demo data package.

Hi,

yes, it is included of course. It's under BeTheme Demo Data > Demo section.

I only see "App" and "Interior" under the Demo section.. pls help to troubleshoot?

So you say that you only see 2 demos? If that's why you say, then your theme files must be corrupted and we recommend to update theme files via FTP only.
