How to update Be Theme when using a child theme
I am using wordpress 4.3.1 with Be Theme version 2.7.1 and I have child theme v. 1 activated. I want to update Betheme and unsure of the best way- should i ftp new be theme (just got latest verison form Themeforest), replacing old be theme, while leaving child theme intact?
I did export my betheme settings in preparation so I have that file ready if need be.

to update theme, please update only parent theme files via FTP. Just replace current files with the new files from package.
