Single image over transparent header

So I see two headers, the main header and the sub header.

I want to put a single image in the subheader area with the title and then have the top header be transparent.

If I remove the top image though in the header which is currently the blue theme image then my title goes up into the menu.

Hi,

you can do this with below css only:

body:not(.template-slider) #Header {
    min-height: 0 !important;
}

#Subheader {
    padding: 140px 0 110px !important;
}

That worked, I added the css to the page only. Is that the correct way or add it globally?

If you want to set this css per pages, then you can add for pages, but if you want to add it globally, then you should add this css under Theme options > Custom CSS & JS > Custom CSS section.
