Why isn't my Purchase Code valid for associated plugins

I desperately need assistance with my Rev Slider plugin and cant even pass the submit ticket page, because my Purchase Code is somehow invalid.
I'm having the same prob with other plugins, but Rev Slider is my main, critical issue right now!

I'm stumped.

My rev slider loads when I select the slider placement above the editable
body, but wont load when I place it within the editable body using
either the Visual Composer or Back-End editor.

Hi,

purchase codes (license keys) are not included for plugins which are bundled into theme. It’s because of Themeforest license & agreements. This applies to all themes of course. However, there is no need to use this code because the plugins are fully functional without it. If you want, you can read more details about this on Envato forum:

Hey there - thanks for the response. I understand this.
BUT
I'm having a serious problem with a Slider not showing within the body of the Home Page (see first post). How do I have this rectified?

Please show us on screenshot what you mean exactly because we did checked your site and sliders works properly. We did not noticed anything wrong.
