NextGEN Gallery Lightbox Navigation arrows do not show up

Hi support-team,

I use NextGEN Gallery since years and changed my theme to betheme.
Now the navigation arrows in my lightbox (fancybox) are not working any more. The lightbox opens up and the "X" to close is shown but not the arrows to switch to last/next picture. On my home page I added a gallery from NextGEN Gallery, too and there the arrows work. Strange...

I changed back to my old theme (Customizr) and it's working again so I think it's a betheme thing.

As my site actually is in under construction mode I first try to show you two screenshots. The first one is made of a blog post, the second one on the homepage. If you need Dashboard access, please tell me.

we just need url to page where this gallery. Only then we can check why arrows do not display.

Hey.

The original site is under construction and not visible to users. I created a blog post at my test site here: http://www.abenteuersuechtig.de/Testsystem/index.php/testbeitrag/

And at http://www.abenteuersuechtig.de/Testsystem/ you will see a gallery at the buttom with working navigation.

As we see, on this page http://www.abenteuersuechtig.de/Testsystem/ you got arrows because it's gallery. But on post page http://www.abenteuersuechtig.de/Testsystem/index.php/testbeitrag/ it is not gallery so it won't have arrows. So in our opinion it works properly.

It's not a gallery but pictures out of one, so the arrows should work.
Please have a look to the post page again, I changed switched back to my old theme and the arrows work again, I changed nothing else.

In our opinion, arrows with this theme shouldn't work because like we wrote above, it's not gallery. Arrows displays only for galleries. Of course, you can send us private message with access to the dashboard of this site but we can't promise that we'll be able to do it for you because it works a little bit different with BeTheme.

Ok, how about to deactivate lightbox effect in NextGEN Gallery and use Pretty Photo instead? Would this work? I tried but didn't make it to load the pictures stored in NextGEN Gallery directory in a lightbox. And if it would work, does Pretty Photo has got navigation arrows?
I will send you a PM with some userdata in a few minutes, maybe you'll be able to solve the problem.

Not sure if this will work but you can deactivate built-in PrettyPhoto effect under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section. Because we use prettyPhoto, not lightbox.
