Hover From Transparent To Image
How do I put Text with transparent background on Home page so when hovered over it turns into an image and the text turns a different color? I want this to be whole width of my page? Here is a sample site I want it to look like. http://www.clcbham.com/ Scroll down mid way to "Sermon Series"
