What exactly does not work? Please show us on screenshot what you mean because we already gave you the only option responsible for scrolling feature and we do not have anything else.
If you are talking about http://absaiderdj.com/ then we checked your site and there is no scroll on site. We only noticed that this guy image is cut at the bottom. But this comes from Revolution Slider settings. Please check all margin and padding that you set for Revolution Slider plugin and if you won't find anything, then please send us private message with access to your dashboard.

if you mean to turn of nice scroll, then you can do this under Theme options > Addons & Plugins > Addons section.
