Paginate Comments / Reformat Comments
How would I paginate my comments? I'm using it as a guestbook, but I don't want it to be a mile long. I'm not having any luck with plugins. Also, is it possible to move the comment form above the list of comments? The guestbook as at the bottom of the homepage.

as we know, it is impossible to paginate comments. But to move comments, you must play with theme files. For single post page is responsible includes/content-single.php file.
