How to make website mobile friendly?

Hello,

I'm having a hard time making my website mobile friendly? Is there a guide for this? What are your suggestions? The section backgrounds and content do not translate well over to mobile for my website. Any advice?

P.S. If you mean parallax background on apple devices, this won`t work what you can see on our demo. Apple devices are not compatible with this feature and if you wonder why, you should ask this question to apple team because we also have no idea why they do not support it.
