  you can reduce footer height with below css:

  #Footer .widgets_wrapper { margin-bottom: 0 !important; }

  Yes, you can do it as well but only few px:

  .footer-copy-center #Footer .footer_copy .copyright { margin: 0 !important; padding: 0 !important; }
