Control show/hide sidebar in author, catgeories, etc

I can not control that right-sidebar is hidden, when I click in author or categories in post entry.
Could you explain me how I make this?
I want control that It is hidden for author and it is showing with cqategories

this can be controlled within custom css only. If you will show us example of where sidebar shouldn't appear, we'll tell you what css will be the best.
