My version keeps telling me to UPDATE to V5

Hi, I am just working on a customers site and his Visual composer to v4.10 and it wont let me update, it says I don't have a valid license, which I understand as it came with BeTheme, but shouldn't this be updated with BeTheme (I have just installed the latest version).
Should this not be updated within your theme for security and functionality?

    ok, after signing out and back in it is telling me to update 3 plugins :)

    It does 2 but still comes up with this :/

    An error occurred while updating Visual Composer: To receive automatic updates license activation is required. Please visit Settings to activate your Visual Composer. Got Visual Composer in theme?

    Hello,
    the theme comes bundled with VC but it is not th premium version if you want automatic updates you can buy the plugins. We include plugins updates in each theme update.
