Blank page template - add menu footer etc.

Hi,

how can i add menu, footer or some other elements when i choose Blank page template? Maybe with Muffin builder or VC?

    Hi,
    When you choose the blank template the footer and the header are not displayed. You have to create them either in VC or in the muffin builder.

    well that was really helpfull answer :)

    but when i use muffin builder there is nothing like Footer or Menu at the "Add Item" so I dont know how to create them so they will display as i set them in the settings. Is there any tutorial or documentation cause I cannot find anything

    How would there be a footer when you have chosen a blank template?
    You can build a footer using any items or shortcodes but the options from theme options will not work.
