Backgrund Video on mobile and responsive issues

Hi there,

still working at the side wordpress.eventdj.de

I have some mobil issues. The Background Videos are not really resposive. On smaler screens they will cut on the left side. (tried everything but nothing works)

And on mobile phones and pads the videos are not shown.

What could be the problem?

Hello,
The background videos on section are disabled on mobile devices. There is nothing we can do. You would have to use revolution slider.

No slider is working on your site. If you do not know how to make them please import a slider.

I have the revolution slider at my homepage. And the automatic Videos on the Homepage and on

http://wordpress.eventdj.de/vj

do not working on mobile. I import Minimal Slider Demo. Changed the video als remove the overlay. On normal screen it works but not with iphone7.

This is really funny.

On my samsung the VJ-Videos works. But not on the startpage.

I tried an overlay. The startpage video dont work also.

Have you tried selecting another video slider in that place?
Also try to acitvate another theme like "twentyseventeen" and check if this works there.
Maybe the slider is not configured correctly.

I tried. Is there another way to figure it out?

Also with other videos. First I thought it was a hosting thing, then you told me, with betheme as a normal background video it doesn't work. Then I tried revolution slider with background and revolution and an video layer. On samsung tablet & LG smartphone it works. With iphone 4 also and iphone 7 not.

We cannot really help you if this does not work on one device.
If this works on a standard theme like "twentyseventeen" then this is not theme related.
Have you tried another broswer?

Sorry,

I brought so many Bethemes. More than 15 licenses.

You tell the people it works perfectly with mobile devices. But it doesn't. The video does not.

So it's about you to find a solution why the video don't work with mobile devices.

I don't need to test WordpressTheme2017. It has to work with your theme. I tried many browsers and different computers, tablets, smartphones, browsers, hostings things, revolution slider, layers and so on.

Getting a little nit angry. All I know: I need a solution for that

Yes, I told you to test it on a regular wordpress theme to check if this is a betheme issue. We need to narrow down what is cauing this problem. If it is not our theme then it must some problem with the revolution slider.
Please test this on a standard wordpress theme and let us know.

I test it on the wordpress sixteen theme and with that I do not have mobile issues and the video is shown.

I think this is a IOS problem. :-( Is there another solution? Maybe with another plugin? But I can send you the admin access.
