the menu is not visible on phone or tablet

in Menu / Mega menu
on a phone or tablet the menu icon is not visible at this moment, it is there but has the same color as the background , therefore we can't see it. Where is the setting to change the menu icon color for on a mobile device

    I found the setting, it was the link color. I do have to say that this is strange because the setting to change the color of the menu icon is in the content section, thought a menu belongs to the header.
