    you can change the size in theme options>fonts>size&style

    maybe i gave bad description
    this will modify aspect of all h1 on the website
    and it change nothing of the size of the blue area
    can i just modify the size's area ? not the text

    Ok, to decrease the size of the intro please go to theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>blog and change the intro padding value. The default is 250px 10% that means top and bottom are 250px in height and left and right are 10% in width. You could just write there 100px 0px or any value you preffer.
