Top_bar is hidden because it has class "loading"

#Top_bar.loading is set to display:none; and #Top_bar is stuck with the class "loading" so my top bar disappeared. I was forced to use some CSS to undo that temporarily, but what is the real solution? Is this a (known) bug?

    This is not a good solution, this is mostly caused by two things
    1. Theme update/install gone wrong
    2. Server-side cache or badly configured cache plugin in wordpress
    We would advise you to remove the theme completely via FTP and install the newest version, also via FTP. Make a backup first.
    If after this the problem persists please contact your hosting provider since this must be a server cache problem.
