I tired to find both answers via you forum and docs but I cannot find them, hope you could help.
Questions:
1. I cannot find "Import Demo Data" of BeJeweler. How can I find it?
2. How can I make the menu like BeJeweler?

1. You can not find it because you probably use old theme version. This is the newest demo that has been added to latest theme version.
2. This is also the newest feature included with latest version and can be setup of course in Theme options > Layout > Header section.
So please update your theme to latest version and you will get what you need.
2. Yes, it also has a new header, Split Menu .
