Remove only "Published by "author" at"

How can I remove only "Published by "author" at" and keep the date?

HI,
This can be done only using custom css. You can remove the whole author box with the date in theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>blog

I know how to remove entire block, but I want to keep only date.

}

	display:none;
}

Use this css, replace the font family with your own:

.quick_fact .number-wrapper .label {
	font-size: 20%;
	font-family:arial !important;
}

Go to theme options>translate>blog&portfolio and change the "at" to
