Sold Out Text not displaying

Hi, I have installed the BeStore prebuild site but Im not sure why but the "Sold Out" text do not show when a product is out of stock. I have included the text under options > shop. (http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/store/)

also could you please tel me what the "star" icon in the top left corner of the product picture is for and how to activate or deactivate it? (http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/store/product/premium-quality-2/)
