On the mobile menu i have the cart and languages stacked on bottom of the logo and menu button. no matter what configuration i use the cart is always below the logo. how can i have it come up next to the logo and not underneath it. also no matter what configuration style of the mobile header i put it does not change.

Ok, thanks. So the cart is the most right place on mobile. And, if you want to move it next to the logo, you need to use Minimal header for mobile and you can set this option under BeTheme Options > Responsive > Header section.

i still need the business bar so show up. how can i ahve that happen?

Sorry but what is "Business bar"? Please explain on the screenshot, what you would like to do exactly.
