Woocommerce category page issue

Hi,

Recently, I just updated the theme on my site http://calledtosurf.com/. For some reasons, the product category page doesn't display right anymore. Currently I set those pages to display 24 products per page and 3 columns each page. Some of the pages are missing 2-3 products. I disabled all the non-theme plugins but the problem is still there.

Here's an example http://calledtosurf.com/product-category/womens-clothing/tops/. Please let me know if this is a known bug or something else.
