How to remove default text from homepage

How do I get rid of this text that keeps appearing under my blog post? I've removed any default text from the post so I can't find out where this default information is in order to remove it. The edited post doesn't include any of this text.

this is the excerpt field. Edit the single post and change it. You will find it at the bottom. If you do not see it, you have to enable it in screen options(top right corner)
