Bigger Padding on Mobile

Padding is good on desktop but on mobile the space between the header and the text is too large, any ideas how I could fix this?

    it looks that you have created a home section with a lot of padding, http://prntscr.com/g0vx2h
    Please edit the section and either lower the padding or hide it on mobile, there is a visibility option in the section options.

    Those are the defaults that came with the prebuilt website.
    Problem isn't the padding on desktop because it is perfect right now.
    I have an issue with the mobile version only, seems like that padding value is too much and customers aren't able to see most of the content unless they scroll down.
    The padding settings you mentions I have played with, but it starts looking very ugly and unsymmetrical on the desktop, can I just increase the padding for the mobile site?

    I have told you about the visibility option for sections, you can hide the currect section on mobile and add another section with less padding that will be only visible on mobile.
    When you edit a section, this visibility option will be at the bottom.
