Icon in Word Menu

Hello,

im from Germany, so my english isnt so good.

Well i want to change the Menu icon on Mobile version of betheme and wordpress.
i found something like that, from http://piclair.com/rnwul ...

But in my Design i cant find this line which i have to refill...

So i want that this icon http://piclair.com/dwvxa will be a Word or a short text like "Change Category" or something like that...

Would be afried if someone can explain how i can do in a easy unterstanding awnser.

This will require custom css.
