Items on Widgets not in full Width

Hi, I added a sidebar to one of my posts (to test it out) and added 2 widgets onto it but it seems as if they are not centered and not taking the full width of it so they stay really small. Any idea how to fix this?

Hi,
the widgets are taking up 100% of the sidebar space, please look at the screen:

The space on the left is equal with the space on the right.
You can change the width of the sidebar in theme options>sidebars

Hi,

Ok in that case how do I change the padding on the right/both sides? It's a waste of space and looks like a mistake...

In theme options>global>general and change the grid width.

Hi,

That is changing the width of the grid - not the actual padding on the sides.
It makes the box of the blog bigger indeed but still leaves a big gap on both sides...

Please change the layout from boxed to full width, otherwise you can only change the width of the sidebar. There is no other sollution.
