  It works on my own browsers (Chrome and Safari).

  The menu isn't working on some other browsers. Our customer using Safari (9.1.2) on his iMac.

  Also on his tablet (Safari) the menu disappeared.

  So it's not working on every browser version.

  
  

  I cleared the cache on that older browser but that didn't help.

  Please update the theme to the newest version, it is 15.4 currently and 20.4 is avaliable.

  Ok I will.
  There is no message in betheme/wordpress dashboard to update the betheme?

  I Can only update the theme by redownload and change the files?

  (I work also with a betheme child.)

  NEW UPDATE

  Betheme is now version 20.4.3.

  Now the menu is not showing on every safari browser (after clearing cache).

  Tested on

  Safari 9.1.2

  Safari 10.0
  

  Safari 10.1.2.

  
  

  No problems found in Chrome.

  
  

  Any suggestions?

  LAST UPDATE

  It works again.

  It's possible that the update helped.

  I also updated the woocommerce database.

  And I changed some css of my header. Only some padding. because my subheader was moved to far to the bottom.

  You do not update the child theme. Please only update the parent theme by removing it completly via FTP and installing a fresh copy. After this you will be able to update the theme from the dashboard.
  Please make a backup first.
