After activation nothing seems to be working

  Hi,

  this is normal, this is just a theme installation. Now go to betheme>dashboard and register your purchase code there. You do not need to register any plugins.

  Then go to betheme pre-built websites and choose your pre-built website, it will install and also import the slider automatically.

  Please remember to first install the necessary plugins.

  Dear Support,
  
  I'm trying to install another pre-installed website 'ELEARNING':
  
  -> Here it even fails to activate it and after the installment loading page it will direct me to this:

  What could cause the errors when setting up the theme? My thoughts are eventually my site is overloaded with some unnecessary stuff like codes and old plugins. So therefore I was thinking, maybe starting to build this website from scratch would be best. However, if there's an option to just keep content files like blog posts and images would be very important to me. Anyways, I'm more than happy to receive your suggestions as I'm not too experienced myself.

  It always asks me to do a database reset (optionally) -> https://screencast.com/t/PkVjwt3Si
  By doing so, would I lose my content (images & blog posts)? Or, would this even be recommended?

  please go to your FTP, create php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us link to that file so we can have a look on your server settings. Then send it privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact
