The importer seems not working

Hello,
I'm trying to import a recent backup made using the export on BeTheme Options but nothing happens if I paste the content of the backup into the textarea that appears after clicking on "Import from file". The following is the link to the backup content: https://nopaste.me/view/raw/9f6e1160

I tried to convert it in base64 like in your pre-made layout, removing the 3 ### on the top but nothing happens. 

What's wrong? I need to use it to make a custom pre-made layout (options.txt with the base64-equivalent content and import it using the function import_options of your importer)
