When i change top_bar height, menu background disappears on MOBILE

hello i wanted to change  header (i dont know exact part for it top_bar or header,i just want slider get closer to header 50px without problem) height to 154px so i used this #Top_bar { height: 154px; } from custom css but then the problem is when i click the menu tab it looks like this http://prntscr.com/gaz3mx  (menu get mixing with slide)

but i want this  http://prntscr.com/gaz45p

how can i change?


ps:right now im using margin-top: 50px from rev slider but it doesnt seem good. Thanks for the help
